Playing can literally help us reduce stress hormones, increase our mental capacity and helping us tap into our Right Brain.
By approaching the work with Curiosity, we awaken a sense of Wonder and Awe that is inside all of us.
By making it fun, we invite our Inner Child in and create a Safe and Sacred space to be in communion with that Authentic part of us, a part that, for many of us, has been long forgotten, yet, is also somehow always present.
From this space of safety and curiosity, we explore the stories and beliefs that are keeping us stuck and are able to choose how we are going to retell them in more empowering ways.

It shows us how our own unique energy is designed to be and move in the world, in ways that bring more harmony into our daily lives and teaches us how to tune into our
Intuition
It gives us a roadmap back home to our most Loving, Authentic, Unique, Worthy and Powerful Self. It helps us remember who we were before we were taught who we “should” be and teaches us how to make decisions that honor how valuable and worthy we truly are.
It reconnects us with our Inner Child in an even deeper way, showing how we were Designed to function energetically and what we need to live a bigger, better life, giving us permission to be who we Be and to flow how we flow.

Quantum Human Design™ is the work of my teacher and mentor, Dr. Karen Curry Parker, who was guided to transform the language of Traditional Human Design into a high vibrational, bigger, better set of archetypes, with carefully chosen language intended to help you rewrite our stories and narratives, the one’s that have kept us stuck in loops up until now.
QHD helps us to create new stories of more worth, joy, connection and alignment. It gives us language for the new version of us we are looking to step into but don’t yet know exactly what it looks like.
